Magnificent location in beautiful grounds, amazing friendly staff, everything was nice. The provided breakfast was enjoyable with fruits and different breads and cheese. Really enjoyed armchairs, a sofa, and a TV area in the room.

Personnel was very nice and polite!
The setting was marvellous, near the river on the swing bridge, conservatory and the grounds of the residence. Also, it was 15 minutes drive to Royal Welsh Showground.

Quiet and fabulous units with a wonderful view, and the staff were very obliging. The atmosphere created was family. The hotel was in an amazing location adjacent to an extensive garden.

Gorgeous venue, beautiful location just next door to a beautiful old manor house, beautiful surroundings and the grounds by the river, loved our stay. The suite was well maintained and gorgeous. The bathroom was brilliant, included a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets.

An excellant stay with less than perfect customer service. Clean hotel, polite stuff & incredible location by the river. A good choice of food at the full Welsh breakfast. Location really close to a beautiful old manor house, the garden and a beautiful park.

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Builth Wells. The food was awesome with plenty of options. The hotel was in a brilliant location, in a beautiful old manor house.

Hot cuisine!
Units with a bath. Magnificent location in beautiful surroundings. Also - adjacent to the formal gardens, a conservatory overlooking the formal gardens and the grounds of the residence.

Our stay here was excellent, nice place for exploring Builth Wells. The rooms were warm, comfortable bedroom for a good sleep. The location was perfect, about 15-minute walk into town. It was set in a lovely area.
